1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Dakshinayan Resort concerning your access to and use of our website as well as any booking or reservation made at our property in Shantiniketan, West Bengal.
2. Booking & Reservations
- All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
- A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all guests at the time of check-in as per state regulations.
- Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty, and a full refund of any advance will be provided.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the arrival date may be subject to a one-night retention charge.
- No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
4. Resort Rules & Conduct
Shantiniketan is a place of peace, heritage, and culture. We expect our guests to respect the tranquil environment of the village.
- Loud music and disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited, especially after 10:00 PM.
- Any damage to resort property, including the gardens and room interiors, will be billed to the guest.
- Pets are allowed only in designated pet-friendly rooms and must be approved prior to arrival.
5. Modifications
Dakshinayan Resort reserves the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the website at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We also reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.
6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and the state of West Bengal. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Birbhum district.
